Roque LLC ("Roque", "we", "us") provides digital business tools including invoicing, accounting, client management, and website development services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
We begin every engagement with a free discovery call to understand your business needs. After our call, we will provide a Statement of Work (SOW) outlining the scope and cost of your project. No work begins until you have reviewed and approved the SOW.
You will not receive a bill until we have accepted your project and made substantial progress. Our standard payment structure:
For ongoing software subscriptions (invoicing, CRM, accounting tools), monthly fees apply as outlined in your SOW.
Every project includes a full warranty covering all items listed in the scope of your SOW. Additional changes, edits, add-ons, or new features requested outside the original scope will be billed at $100/hour.
We take data security seriously. All payment data is processed through PCI-compliant providers (Stripe, Authorize.net). We do not store raw credit card numbers. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify you of planned maintenance in advance whenever possible.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. For project-based work, cancellation terms are outlined in your individual SOW. Deposits for work already completed are non-refundable.
Roque's total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.
